Cleansing Mask
I tablespoon powdered brewer’s yeast
½ tablespoon yogurt
Homemade Face Masks
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon carrot juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Mix the ingredients into a paste and then apply on the face.
Leave on for 15 minutes and then rinse off with wet cotton wool or a wet wash cloth.
Buttermilk Face Mask
Heat a cup of buttermilk and put into it 3 tablespoons of elderflower blossoms. Simmer on a really low heat for about 30 minutes. Then take off heat and let to cool and then apply on face.
Egg and Yeast Mask
Mix together 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon brewer’s yeast and 1 teaspoon sunflower oil into a paste and apply. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse off preferably with milk.
